Management Team

Pierre Gabriel Côté has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the emerging Fibrek company since 2008. Prior to that, he served in various executive positions, namely as President of Bombardier, Business Aircraft, Executive Vice President, Tissue and Containerboard of Kruger Inc., President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Sugar Income Fund, Senior Vice President International Operations and Energy of Abitibi-Consolidated, and Vice President, US Operations of Donohue Inc. In addition to his considerable duties as Fibrek President, Mr. Côté has been an active member of the Board for Maison Michel Sarrazin since 2008.

As Vice President, Change Management and Supply Chain, Mr. Paradis has corporate responsibility for supply chain, human resources, information technology, communications and public affairs, as well as for the implementation of Fibrek's operational excellence program. Mr. Paradis has held senior positions in human resources for over ten years, including that of Vice President, Human Resources at Domtar, and Vice President, Human Resources and Continuous Improvement at Reebok/CCM (a subsidiary of Adidas). He has also been involved in internal communications, corporate development and public relations for other industry sectors. A dedicated member of his community, Mr. Paradis sits on the Board of the HMR (Maisonneuve-Rosemont hospital) foundation.

Patsie Ducharme joined the company in 2007 as controller and was promoted to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fibrek in 2008. She is a Certified General Accountant with over 22 years experience, 17 of which were spent in the forestry industry. Prior to joining Fibrek, she held the positions of CFO at Malette Industries Inc., as well as other senior positions with increased responsibility in finance for various companies such as Tembec and Malette Inc.

As the Vice President, Sales and Operations, Mr. Benoit oversees the operations of Fibrek's three mills in Saint-Félicien, Québec, Fairmont, West Virginia, and in Menominee, Michigan. Furthermore, he is also responsible for managing our sales force and product development teams. Mr. Benoit has more than 25 years' experience in the pulp and paper industry. Prior to joining Fibrek, Mr. Benoit held the positions of General Manager of the East Paper Division and General Manager of the Kraft Paper Division at Fraser Papers.

Emmanuelle Lamarre-Cliche has been Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Fibrek, since 2008. Prior to joining the company, she was a senior associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP's Business Law Group, where she was part of the team responsible for the SFK Pulp account. Her areas of focus were mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and other general and corporate business matters.
